Please fill out the form below if your daughter is interested in playing in our 3rd/4th grade fall league. We will have one practice a week for one hour.

 

First Practice: Sunday August 30th from 1-2 pm at Lake High School Gym

 

Cost: $20

 

Matches: all matches are played on Sundays begining Sept 20th-Oct 11th

 

Location: matches will played at Elite and practices will be at Lake HS gym
