Please fill out the form below if your daughter is interested in participating in our 5th/6th Fall League this year.  We will practice once a week for an hour and a half. 

 

We are in need of volunteers to help coach a team this year!!! 

 

First Practice: Sunday August 23rd from 230-4 pm at Lake High School Gym

 

Matches are played on Sundays: Sept 13-Oct 18 (play 4 of 6 Sundays)

     - 2 Matches a day

 

Tournament: Oct 25th

 

Location: Matches are played Elite and practices at Lake HS Gym

 

Cost: $50 (covers entry fee and shirts)
